Eating very good food at San Emeterio's Restaurant.
Sherri ordered "cazuela de pollo." A chicken soup with squash, corn, potatoes, cilantro, rice, and carrots. They also serve homemade bread and a small bowl of "pebre," a fresh tomato salsa similar to the Mexican salsa we eat in the States.

We arrived at the restaurant at 7PM and there were only two other parties there for dinner. By the time we left around 9PM, there were about 8 other parties eating. Chileans eat dinner late in the day.
This is a close up view of Valparaiso from Concon using 40x zoom in my camera. The view was much prettier and romantic in person than the photo shows. Did I mention before that I love the beach? . . . :-)
